It took three weeks and repeated calls to get the replacement top delivered and installed. The communication was poor at best. On the day the top was (finally) scheduled to be installed, the installer did not turn up until 6PM. The installer did install the top correctly, but overall the total time taken from initial request, combined with the poor communication, means I will not deal with Diamond Supply again.
